My background is deeply technical. I started my career at CGI as a Product Manager, leading their product engineering team in capital markets — shipping product in a complex, regulated environment where system architecture, data pipelines, and engineering velocity all mattered. From there I moved to Deloitte, joining their AI & ML strategy team, embedded in banking and financial services.

Across both firms, I spent over six years in management consulting — advising Canada's biggest banks on how to deploy AI-driven technologies, centralize fragmented data infrastructures, build machine learning capabilities at scale, and architect their digital transformation roadmaps. It's where I developed a real, working fluency in AI — not just the strategy layer, but what it actually takes to build and integrate these systems inside large institutions.

I took that into the startup world. As Head of Growth at Scale Without Borders, I built strategic partnerships with high-growth tech companies, expanded into the US market, and spent years embedded in Canada and North America's most influential startup ecosystems — TechTO, OneEleven, Velocity, MaRS, DMZ, C100, the AI Collective, and more.

I spot the opportunity, build the partnership, and close the gap between where companies are and where they need to be.
